Written as a way to help me personally deal with the major frustrations in my life, this book is about moving beyond just thinking positive. Shift first deals with the negative thinking that you currently have. It shows you how the mind works by giving definition to who you really are in relation to your thoughts.

Shift is about Being here and now, in the present, where neither fear nor doubt exist. It shows you how to keep your mind here and aware of your current surroundings opposed imagining Worst Case scenarios where a dreadful end is played out over and over again.

It also serves as a supplement to the many Self Help books and tapes out there which many of us have a problem getting to work properly in our lives. I am a firm believer that if your Mind is not right in terms of your thinking then NO SELF HELP or Wealth course can help you. We must first get at and uproot the doubt, stress and worry that distract us from achieving our goals.
